Workshop + 30-minute follow-up call This workshop is designed to help you manage your emotional energy effectively, learning how to recharge when you’re running low. Using neuroscience and coaching tools, we’ll focus on how to activate your senses, memories, and internal resources to keep you balanced and resilient. You’ll learn to: • Identify what drains and replenishes your emotional energy • Reconnect with your body and emotions through sensory exercises • Build your own “emotional toolkit” with positive memories, affirmations, mantras, music, or rituals • Reframe difficult memories using visualization techniques to access calm and strength Follow-up call (30 minutes): We’ll check in to see how you’re applying your toolkit in daily life, answer questions, and fine-tune your strategies.
